Overview
Vizbrix operates two separate services, each with its own data practices. This page is divided into two independent policies:
- Part I — vizbrix.com Website: applies when you browse our marketing website. We use Vercel Analytics only for measurement. See Part I.
- Part II — Krono - Bulk Price Editor Shopify App: applies when you install and use our Shopify application for bulk price editing. See Part II.
These sections do not overlap. Website analytics data is not linked to Shopify store data, and vice versa.
Part I
vizbrix.com Website
This section applies only to visitors of our marketing website at vizbrix.com. It does not apply to merchants who use our Shopify app.
1. Introduction
When you visit vizbrix.com, Vizbrix ("we", "us", "our") may collect limited information to operate the site, respond to inquiries, and understand how the website is used. We do not sell personal information collected through the website.
2. Information We Collect
On the website, we may collect the following:
- Contact information: if you submit our contact form, we receive your name, email address, and message content.
- Analytics data: through Vercel Analytics, we receive aggregated and anonymized usage metrics (see Section 3). We do not use other analytics, advertising, or tracking tools on the website.
3. Vercel Analytics
We use Vercel Analytics to measure website performance and understand how visitors navigate our pages. Vercel Analytics collects aggregate metrics such as page views, real-user monitoring signals, and anonymized technical data. Vercel does not share personally identifiable information (PII) with us through this product. We use these insights solely to improve site performance and the visitor experience. 4. How We Use Website Data
- To respond to contact form submissions and support requests.
- To operate, maintain, and improve the website.
- To analyze aggregated traffic and performance via Vercel Analytics.
- To detect and prevent abuse or security incidents.
5. Your Rights (Website)
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold from your use of the website. To exercise these rights, contact us at hi@vizbrix.com.
Part II
Krono - Bulk Price Editor Shopify App
This section applies only to merchants who install and use our Shopify application. It does not apply to general visitors of vizbrix.com.
1. Introduction
Vizbrix ("we", "us", "our") develops and operates the Shopify application Krono - Bulk Price Editor ("the App").

2. Data We Collect
When you install and use the App in your Shopify store, we access certain data through the Shopify API to provide bulk price editing functionality:
- Store data: store name, URL (
.myshopify.com), contact email, country, and time zone. - Product and variant data: titles, descriptions, prices, compare-at prices, inventory, collections, and other information needed to display and edit prices.
- Technical data: activity logs within the App (what changes were made and when), internal App identifiers, and, in some cases, the IP address of the server used to access the App.
We do not access customer data or order contents unless explicitly stated and required for a specific App feature.
3. How We Use Your Data
We use the data described above to:
- Display your products and variants within the App dashboard.
- Enable bulk price editing, discounts, and other related pricing fields.
- Apply price changes to your store through the Shopify API.
- Maintain change logs for auditing and, when possible, help you revert modifications.
- Maintain, protect, and improve the App (for example, by analyzing errors and aggregated usage).
We do not sell your store data or use it for third-party marketing campaigns.
4. Sharing Data with Third Parties
We may share some data with service providers that help us operate the App, such as:
- Hosting and database providers to store configuration and logs.
- Monitoring and error-tracking tools.
These providers use data only to deliver services to the App and are required to protect it. We do not authorize these third parties to sell your data.
5. Retention and Deletion
We retain your store data while the App is installed and for a reasonable period after uninstallation, solely for purposes such as logs and legal obligations.
When you uninstall the App:
- We stop accessing new data from your store.
- We delete or anonymize stored data associated with your store within 30 days, unless we are required by law to retain it longer.
To request earlier deletion, contact us at hi@vizbrix.com and we will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
6. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
- Access the data we hold about your store.
- Request correction or deletion of your data.
- Restrict or object to certain processing activities.
- Request data portability.

7. Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your store data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and internal access controls. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version at https://vizbrix.com/privacy and indicate the last updated date. If we make material changes, we may notify you via your store contact email or through a notice in the App.
